Is Perimeno free?
Yes. Perimeno is currently free to download and use — no subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads.
How do I connect or disconnect Apple Health?
In Perimeno, go to You → Apple Health. You can also review or revoke access anytime in the iPhone Health app under Sharing → Apps.
How do I export my data?
In Perimeno, go to You → Privacy & data → Export. You'll get a copy of the data you've recorded in the app.
How do I delete my account and data?
In Perimeno, go to You → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and your health data from our servers.
Is Perimeno a medical app?
No. Perimeno is an educational self-tracking app. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Always talk to your clinician about your symptoms and treatment options.
